Donny is a senior strategy and pre-contracts advisor with almost 30 years' experience supporting infrastructure asset owners, contractors, and engineering organisations across Australia and New Zealand.
As a former General Manager at a Tier-1, ASX-listed infrastructure business, Donny has worked within the operational environment faced by his clients and therefore understands the hidden failure modes.
Donny is differentiated by his ownership of the outcomes, having had end-to-end accountability from strategic analysis and strategy formulation through to strategy execution. It is from having lived experience that Donny knows what's at stake when making (or not making) the irreversible decisions that define your business.
